We have the ability to communicate. We have the infrastructure to connect. Now the question is what we do with it. There will always be people who are silent. People who are talking. People working with incomplete information. And people ready to move from concern to action. At Home on the Yard is creating room for healthy conversation between all of them. We can disagree. This is also what Responsible Modernization means to me. It is not simply adopting new technology, building new infrastructure, or moving faster because the tools exist. It is asking: Who benefits? Who carries the risk? What do we actually know? What remains unclear? How are people included in the decisions that affect them? Technology should strengthen people and institutions without outrunning trust, stewardship, or accountability. Fisk is the use case in front of us today.
